Ingredients

  • 1     pound ground turkey breast
  • 1/4  cup oat-bran cereal
  • 1     large minced garlic clove
  • 1/4  cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/8  cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1     teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix all the ingredients and form into four patties; grill until to your liking. Serve on a toasted bun or sourdough bread for less fat and chlesterol. pile high with lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings grilled on a no-stick pan spreyed with cooking spray. Serves 4
