Ingredients

  • 5 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 3 1/2 Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • almond extract to taste (optional)

Directions

Bring Vanilla Almond milk to boil over medium heat.  Stir in oats, sea salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon.  Cook 5-8 minutes until creamy, stirring frequently.  Add almond extract if desired.

Yield: 2 Servings

Add dried fruit such as raisins, cherries, or apricots to the oatmeal while cooking.  Top with brown sugar and toasted almonds.
