- 1/3 cup flaked almonds
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup processed bran cereal
- 1/3 rye flakes
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 2 tbsp sunflower seed
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 cp chopped dried pear
- low-fat honey-flavored yogurt or skim milk, to serve
Directions

Preheat the oven to 315°F. Put the almonds on a baking tray in a single layer and toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until golden. Remove and set aside.
Put the rolled oats, processed bran cereal, rye flakes, sunflower and flax seeds in a bowl, then stir well to combine. Add the raisins, apricots and pears as well as the toasted almonds.
Serve with low-fat honey-flavored yogurt or skim milk.
HINT: Any remaining muesli can be kept in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
