Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 6 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 2 tbls wheat germ
  • 1 tbls honey
  • 1 banana

 

Directions

place all ingredients in a blender, process untill smooth and enjoy
