Mini Chocolate Pumpkin Cookie Bites

Pumpkin is the flavor of the season. This season I have been going to town with pumpkin baked goods. The treat I am obsessing over the most right now are these Mini Chocolate Pumpkin Cookie Bites. These sweet little pumpkin bites are a perfect to bring over to a fall party for everyone to enjoy.

To make these bites you combine the butter, marshmallow cream, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice and blend it until it is light and fluffy. Then you add food coloring to make the mixture orange and add in the powder sugar. The fun part of this recipe is assembling the cookie bites. You take one Home Free Double Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies and place a teaspoon of the filling on the flat side and top with another cookie.
